Established in 2013, IBSclinic.mindovergut.com (formally IBSclinic.org.au) was the first to provide a freely available online psychologically-focused intervention program for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). IBSclinic has been visited by over 50,000 individuals.
The aim of this website is to provide:
- A comprehensive and accurate expert-reviewed source of information regarding irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
- An evidence-based psychologically-focused resilience program for individuals diagnosed with IBS
The information presented here is intended to provide you with the required resources to develop a detailed understanding of IBS, from symptoms and diagnosis, to strategies aimed at reducing the impact of living with this condition. This site also provides a free of charge, evidence-backed psychologically-focused resilience program that addresses the psychological processes involved in the development, maintenance, and exacerbation of IBS.
